What must legally be in the shop?
Besides the legal notice and privacy policy, you need terms and conditions, information on the right of withdrawal and clear details on prices, shipping costs and delivery times.
Can I sell vouchers or appointments online too?
Yes. Vouchers and bookable appointments are often a good first step, because no shipping is needed.
How long until a shop is online?

Since 28 June 2025, Austria's Accessibility Act (BaFG) applies to websites and apps through which consumers conclude a contract, such as online shops, ticket sales and online bookings. Micro-enterprises with fewer than ten employees and at most €2 million in turnover or balance sheet total are exempt.
