We take care of it.
Servers in the EU
Your website runs on our own servers in a data centre in the EU, under the General Data Protection Regulation. We manage the servers ourselves; the data centre processes the data only on our behalf and only in the EU.
Backups & updates
We back up your website's files and database every day and install the updates for server, software and extensions. We keep the SSL certificate valid.
Monitoring & changes
We monitor your website and learn about an outage from an alert, not from a customer's call. We take care of the changes that come up while it runs.
What you get.
- Hosting on our own servers in the EU
- Domain, email and storage, included
- Daily backups of files and database
- Updates and a valid SSL certificate
- Monitoring of reachability
- Changes while the website runs, within the scope agreed in writing
How it works.
First call
30 minutes for your website, by phone or at your place. Free and without obligation.
Review & quote
We review an existing website first: which technology it uses and what needs fixing before the move. You receive scope and price in writing within 2 working days. We start once you approve, then it runs monthly.
Setup & move
We set up hosting, domain and email and plan the move with you. The website stays online; we switch over at a quiet time.
Ongoing care
We back up, update and monitor your website and take care of the changes that come up while it runs.
Good to know.
What do hosting and maintenance cost?
From €39 per month excl. VAT, including domain, email and storage. We agree the exact scope and price in writing.
Where are the servers?
In a data centre in the EU, under the General Data Protection Regulation. We manage the servers ourselves; the data centre processes the data only on our behalf and only in the EU.
Can I bring you a website someone else built?
Yes. We review the website and plan the move of domain, content and email with you.
Does the website have to go offline during the move?
No. The new website or server is prepared, and the switch happens via the DNS record. Old and new versions run in parallel for a short time.
Do I need maintenance if my content never changes?
Yes. Updates and backups concern the technology, not the text. A website without care becomes vulnerable over time, even if nobody edits it.
Who should own the domain, me or my agency?
Your business. Ask to see the registered owner details before you sign anything.
More in Knowledge.
Where your website actually lives when it is online
Your website is a set of files on a server in a data center, your domain is the address that sends visitors there, and email runs as a separate service alongside it.
What ongoing maintenance for your website includes
Ongoing maintenance means someone backs up, updates and monitors your website and handles small changes, so that it stays reachable and secure.
Moving your domain and email without anything going down
Moving domain and email works without an outage if you first record every DNS entry, prepare mailboxes at the new provider, only then switch over, and cancel the old contract only once everything demonstrably works.

What everything builds on.
And your project?
Also for websites someone else built.
